Guarantee

All Pro-Series Rifles are tested for accuracy and are guaranteed to perform within certain accuracy standards using match components and hand loads only. 1/2” M.O.A. for .30 caliber and all smaller caliber sizes; 1” M.O.A. for all caliber sizes, larger than .30 caliber. A quality control target printout and load data will accompany all Pro-Series Rifles. Please be advised accuracy is tested under indoor range conditions with an experienced qualified shooter. No guarantees are made for inclement weather conditions, inexperienced shooters or reloading components other than those specified on test target.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipping Terms: Generally, shipments will be made to customers via United Parcel Service (U.P.S.) or Federal Express. However, H-S Precision reserves the right to choose shipping carriers.

Shipping Items to H-S Precision: H-S Precision must be notified prior to any returns. All shipments to H-S Precision must be prepaid. Be sure to carefully pack and insure all shipments. Collect shipments may be refused. All items should be shipped to:

Returns must be made within 30 days, except in the case of manufacturing defect & Pro-Series Rifles. No refunds will be given on Pro-Series rifles or pistols. Refunds will only be given on products returned within 30 days of the original invoice and credit will not be made for shipping charges. A restocking charge may apply. H-S Precision reserves the right to replace or repair products at our discretion.

License Requirements

F.F.L. Requirements: Shipments of complete rifles, pistols and actions can only be made to Federal Firearms License holders. Please include a signed copy of your license when ordering these products. Law Enforcement, please include a signed copy of your exemption certificates.

Export License Requirements: Certain products require State Department approval before shipments can be made. In some cases, a charge may be assessed for State Department applications. H-S Precision is a licensed exporter. An Original Purchase Order, Original End-User Certificate, and Original Import License are required before any application for Export License can be made.

Payment Terms

Credit Card Purchases: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover

Checks: Customers wishing to prepay shall be advised that orders will not be started until payment is received. Personal checks will be held for 5-7 days prior to product shipment.

$30.00 Return Check charge will be assessed on all returned checks.

C.O.D.: C.O.D. Check Only. (Certified Check Required for New Customers)

Wire Transfer: Wire transfers will be accepted with pre-approval only. Please contact us for Account and Routing numbers. There will be a $60 service fee on all wire transfers.

H-S Precision reserves the right to change payment terms for any customer at any time.

Deposits: Deposits required when ordering complete rifles/pistols are as follows:

Scopes must be paid for at time of order. If the rifle order is cancelled, the scope will be sent to the customer.
