Introduced in 2004, the Pro-Series 2000 PHL rifle has been flying off the production line and into the hands of discriminating hunters world wide.  Built with the high altitude hunter in mind, the PHL weighs in at an amazing 5.75 pounds.  The Light-weight rifle comes with H-S Precision's Pro-Series stock and the same proprietary action that is used on the entire H-S Precision line.  The thin, fluted barrel does not compromise accuracy.  The PHL comes with H-S Precision's legendary 1/2 MOA guarantee.
